Rather than having a prescriptive policy we'd rather sort out any problems to your satisfaction rather than ours. After all, isn't that the way it should be?
Having said that, we're obliged to give you the chapter and verse on Cancellation Rights so here goes... We've tried to word them sympathetically but it was a bit of a struggle.
If you'd like to cancel your order then this policy doesn't affect your rights when we're at fault - for example if the items are faulty or misdescribed.
You can cancel your contract (order) any time before delivery and up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this simply email us or drop us a line. We'll refund your money, including the original postage, within 30 days.
If you do cancel then I'm afraid you must return the goods to us at your own expense and you'll also be responsible for the risk of loss or damage in transit so do, please, ensure you have adequate insurance to cover the value.
If you don't return them we can make arrangements to collect them but we'll charge you the direct cost of the collection. Since we use a courier firm this is likely to be in the region of £15.00. If reasonable care hasn't been taken of the goods before we receive them back here which results in damage or deterioration then we'll charge you for the reduction in value.
Phew! We'd rather you just give us a ring with any problems, no matter how trivial, and we'll do our bestest to sort things out so you're completely happy. Because we think that's just how things should be.
