• These are Greek Kabanaki peppers - prized for their warmth and thin flesh. These originated on the Greek Macedonian border.
• Myzithra Cheese is a traditional Greek Country Cheese from ewes milk - we use it to add depth and flavour to the feta and to keep the filling nice and creamy.
