CORNEZUELO - Sweet and Delicate
- with amazingly complex tones of banana and nuts but superbly balanced. One of the top oils in the world.
ARBEQUINA - All Round
- Pleasing to all, this well balanced oil is neither too peppery nor too bitter for any palate - a true all round oil with great flavour and depth.
FRANTOIO - Strong and Punchy - real fruity punch with bitterness and pepperiness in perfect harmony - a fantastic example of why this variety is so favoured by the Tuscans.
