Only recommendation is to consume everything (all the olives and all the oil) within 12 - 18 months and do not refrigerate them. They don't need it - even when opened. The oil is the preservative and also adds to the flavour.
Refill 1 is just the olives with a tiny bit of oil. These will have 2 weeks life on them in the bags we send them in, see our little note below for a bit more info on this.
Refill 2 is for everyone who likes to use the oil to cook with so it's all the olives plus a wedge of oil to fill the jar completely. These will have 2 weeks life on them in the bags we send them in, see our little note below for a bit more info on this.
Important - please note: Both types of Refills will come to you in a pouch and will be happy in there for 2 weeks, then they'll need to be decanted into a kilner or similar, ensuring the olives are underneath the oil, then you just need to consume both the olives and the oil within 12-18 months, as above.
All our Marinated Olives are veggie-friendly and gluten, fish and dairy-free.
