Super quick & easy to prepare but smashing flavours for this time of year.
Grab the asparagus and brush with a smidgen of the extra virgin olive oil from the Sunshine Olives jar. Heat the asparagus on a griddle pan, making sure you turn it from time to time.
Chop the cherry tomatoes and Sunshine Olives, flicking out the stones as you go. When the asparagus is lightly charred and just cooked, shift onto a warmed serving plate and spoon over the chopped tomato/olive mix, followed by a few sundried tomatoes and a trickle more extra virgin olive oil.
