Romesco Fish

Ingredients

Fillet of White Fish

2 Spoons of Romesco

4oz of Double Cream

Basil Leaves


Method

Smear the Romesco Sauce over a good fillet of fish and bake in the oven for around 15 minutes.

For extra sauce use the cooking juickes from the fish, mix with double cream and an extra spoonful of Romesco Sauce.

Reduce and pour over the top.

Sprinkle with torn basil leaves.
