Pepperabica peppers come from Morocco hence the name we've given them... Myzithra Cheese is a traditional Greek Country Cheese from ewes milk - we use it to add depth and flavour to the feta and to keep the filling nice and creamy. Myzithra has been described as... "the most sensuous cheese of the world which melts on the tongue with its sweet warmth."
