Hot Red peppers Stuffed with Feta and Myzithra Cheeses in Sunflower Oil. Hotter than one might expect but damn good and a great addition to a salad or antipasti plate.
These are Greek Kabanaki peppers - prized for their warmth and thin flesh. These originated on the Greek Macedonian border. Myzithra Cheese is a traditional Greek Country Cheese from ewes milk - we use it to add depth and flavour to the feta and to keep the filling nice and creamy. If you prefer your peppers mild then choose the Florini peppers... Myzithra has been described as... "the most sensuous cheese of the world which melts on the tongue with its sweet warmth."
