Marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil: One of the first recipes we were given back in 1992. Found on a market in Ragusa, Sicily and then perfected by our fried Gaetano Amato in Monterosso Almo. The chilli infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil is excellent for a spicy dressing or frying eggs in for a weekend brunch… Ace.
Green Olives, Kalamata Olives (Olive Mix 60%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil 37%, Garlic, Black Pepper, Chilli, Paprika; Acidity Regulators: Lactic Acid, Citric Acid.
No need to chill. Just keep cool, with contents covered by oil.
